The hotel had awesome amenities with a traditional Japanese-style bath, washing machines, and massage chairs. The staff were very helpful, gracious and accommodating, making the stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was very traditional Japanese-style, and the extra traditional perks added a great value to my stay.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep, and I wish there was an option to have a softer one. the location made it a bit challenging to find restaurants and other activities in the area, but being in a central location made it easy to access transportation.

I had a delightful stay at Y'S Cabin Yokohama Kannai. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The capsule itself was cozy and comfortable, with a small cabinet and a TV. I especially enjoyed the traditional Japanese bath and the massage chairs. The staff, though limited English, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and comfortable experience.

The hotel provides traditional Japanese breakfast and spacious capsules. the bathrooms are also kept very clean. the hotel is located in a convenient area with great transportation links. I also liked that they offer a range of additional amenities that travellers might need.

The beds were very firm, which may not necessarily be a negative aspect depending on your preferences. It was also difficult to use the public bath on occasion due to the limited capacity.

Upon entering the hotel, I was impressed by its elegant ambiance. The main floor and eating area were spacious, calm, and well-maintained. The shower facilities were immaculate and provided everything needed including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, the massage chairs on the second floor were a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was great as it was situated near a train station with plenty of food options and cafes nearby.

We had an amazing stay at this capsule hotel! the powder room and showers were top-notch with amazing amenities like towels and toiletries. the location was perfect as there were many restaurants and the station was close. the staff was friendly and helpful and made the stay fuss-free. the capsule was comfortable and cozy, and we were also provided with blankets to keep warm. I would highly recommend this place.

The variety of food options in the neighbourhood was limited.
